Sometimes I see a place lots of people are recommending on Threads, save it on the spot — and then can't find it again a few days later.

So I started organizing these Taipei food finds into a series of articles — business lunches, group-dining restaurants, cafés, and more — so I can come back to them easily, and share them with anyone else who loves eating their way around town.

Taipei Business Lunch

A roundup of business lunches recommended by the Threads community — steak, yakiniku, sushi, Japanese, and more.

Taipei Group Dining

Taipei restaurants for getting together with friends, chatting, and celebrating — hotpot, bistros, Japanese, and more.

Taipei No-Time-Limit Cafés

A roundup of no-time-limit cafés in Taipei that are good for working and studying.

More to Come

Whenever there's a new Threads food roundup, I'll keep updating it here. I hope these lists help anyone who, like me, saves places and then can't find them again.

Frequently asked questions

How often is this food library updated?

Whenever I come across a new Taipei food roundup on Threads, I'll write it up as a new article and update this overview. Bookmarking this page is the easiest way to find everything again later.

Is the restaurant info in these lists reliable?

This is compiled from Threads and publicly shared community info, and some maps come from public Google Maps lists. For each shop's actual hours, prices, and menu, please refer to their official announcements.

What topics does this food library currently cover?

Right now it's split into a few directions: Taipei business lunches, Taipei must-eat food (group-dining spots), and Taipei no-time-limit cafés. Each topic is its own article with its own interactive map, so you can dive in from this hub and work through them at your own pace.

Can I use the maps in these lists for navigation?

Yes. Every article embeds an interactive map — tap a place to see its location, then open Google Maps to navigate. That said, please confirm hours and current status against each shop's official announcements before heading out.
